"As a customer, my experience with this car insurance company has been extremely disappointing. From the start, the pricing seemed reasonable, but over time my premiums kept increasing without any clear explanation. When I needed help getting certain information the process was slow and frustrating, with long wait times and very little communication from the company. I often felt like I had to chase them down myself, and when I did speak to representatives, they were not very helpful or understanding. Instead of feeling supported during a stressful situation, I was left feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.
Overall, I would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for reliable and responsive car insurance cover."
